Mayar Foods Company is seeking a dedicated Horeca Salesman to join its team in Jazan. This is a full-time position focused on field sales operations within the Horeca sector, contributing directly to sales and collection targets.

Role Overview

The Horeca Salesman is responsible for executing field sales activities and managing customer relationships. This role requires applying effective sales techniques to achieve established sales and collection targets, while also ensuring outstanding customer service and efficient resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the daily route plan to conduct customer visits.
• Discuss sales order requirements with customers, take orders, and audit customer stock to identify needs.
• Provide the Horeca Supervisor with insights on competitors' promotions, pricing strategies, and sales trends.
• Implement sales promotions effectively according to given directions.
• Submit orders to the Sales Coordinator and address any queries.
• Prepare and share daily status reports with the Horeca Supervisor.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and address their queries efficiently.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Manage customer complaints regarding returned goods by gathering necessary information and submitting it to the logistics team for action.

Sales Collection Management

• Follow up with customers regularly to achieve collection targets.
• Raise concerns to the supervisor in cases of overdues or collection issues.
• Prepare and share comprehensive collection status reports.
• Submit collected cash and checks to the cashier along with supporting documentation to ensure accurate accounting.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the Horeca sector or a similar field.
