About the Role

Al-Henaki Real Estate Development is seeking a qualified Real Estate Marketing Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to developing and executing effective marketing and sales strategies within the dynamic real estate and land sector. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving growth and managing marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities within the real estate sector, and formulate promotional strategies aligned with company goals and target audiences.
Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and public relations.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
Lead and guide the marketing and sales team, including providing training and fostering skill development.
Distribute tasks and establish clear individual and team goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry.
Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic recommendations to improve the company's competitive position.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.
Organize events and promotional offers to attract new clients and reinforce engagement with existing ones.
Prepare and present periodic reports on marketing and sales performance to senior management.
Analyze data and information to support fact-based decision-making and achieve growth targets.
Develop and oversee the marketing and sales budget, ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record specifically in the real estate and land sector.

Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analysis techniques.
