كمدير مبيعات، ستقود التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتنفيذ جميع المبادرات البيعية، وزيادة الإيرادات مع ضمان أعلى مستويات رضا الضيوف. يتطلب هذا الدور مزيجًا من القيادة، ورؤية السوق، والتميز التشغيلي.

ما الذي ستقوم به:
  • القيادة الاستراتيجية: تطوير استراتيجيات بيعية شاملة لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات، تحليل توجهات السوق، والتعاون مع مدير التسويق.
  • التفاعل مع العملاء والشركاء: بناء علاقات مع العملاء والشركاء، تمثيل المنتجع في الفعاليات الصناعية، والإشراف على مفاوضات العقود.
  • إدارة الفريق: إلهام وتوجيه فريق المبيعات، وتعزيز بيئة تعاونية.

    • Knowledge of Industrial and Natural Gas Regulators and Pressure Relief Valves is preferred.
    • Arabic language skills are a plus.
