About The Role
As the Director of Sales, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of all sales initiatives, driving revenue growth while ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. This role requires a blend of leadership, market insight, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue goals, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the Director of Marketing.
  • Client and Partner Engagement: Build relationships with clients and partners, represent the resort at industry events, and oversee contract negotiations.
  • Team Management: Inspire and mentor the sales team, promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Revenue Management: Monitor sales performance, collaborate with revenue management on pricing strategies, and identify areas for improvement in client retention.
  • Operational Excellence: Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with Four Seasons' standards.

What You Bring:
You should possess a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales role, preferably in luxury hospitality, with a degree in Business Administration or Marketing. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
