Join Our Team as a Sales Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Achieving sales, profitability, and collection targets for your designated area.
  • Increasing our customer base while maintaining high-quality relationships.
  • Demonstrating products on-site and ensuring they meet customer needs.
  • Identifying upcoming projects and maintaining credible customer interactions.
  • Ensuring a high level of after-sales service and adherence to budgeted stock levels.
  • Attending to customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Training and supervising the sales staff in the area.
  • Cooperating with the Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
  • Completing monthly reports and forecasts.

Your Expertise - Our Strength
The ideal candidate will hold a BA/BBA in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in façade sales, double glass manufacturing, or weather seal sales in Saudi Arabia. Proficiency in Arabic (native) and English (intermediate to advanced) is required.

Skills Required:
  • Self-motivated and knowledgeable in the façade and curtain wall market.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and work under pressure.
