About Alwedad Charity and the Role

Alwedad Charity (جمعية الوداد الخيرية لرعاية الأيتام), dedicated to orphan care, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Outreach Offices Supervisor to manage its operations in Jiddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning and effectiveness of the charity's public-facing offices.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily activities and strategic implementation within the outreach offices. The Supervisor will be responsible for guiding staff, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring that all initiatives align with Alwedad Charity's mission to provide care for orphans. This position requires a hands-on approach to both planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and implementation of executive plans for outreach offices.
• Supervise and monitor employees and workflow within the outreach offices.
• Provide support for the execution of events held at the outreach offices.
• Oversee daily tasks and manage received pledges or assets within the outreach offices.
• Ensure the quality of supporting tools and resources that facilitate employee work in the outreach offices.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and continuously monitor performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or an equivalent field.

Experience and Skills

• 3-5 years of proven experience in field supervision and office management.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in the non-profit sector is preferred.
