3PL Territory Lead

About the Role

HungerStation is seeking a PL Territory Lead West to join their team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing logistics operations and managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new 3PL companies and monitor their KPIs and performance.
• Provide operational support to 3PL companies, addressing issues and obstacles.
• Manage 3PL invoices and payment releases.
• Drive efficient operations and service excellence by balancing supply and demand.
• Analyze future needs to proactively activate requirements and optimize SLA processes for 3PL companies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure smooth logistics services.
• Ensure stakeholder readiness through training, workshops, and communications for all changes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a representative.
• Lead project management teams, ensuring projects meet parameters (cost, timelines, scope, quality).
• Ensure documentation and implementation of policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
• Participate in budgeting cycles and ensure effective utilization of the department's budget.
• Participate in talent identification and recruitment, manage direct reports, set performance objectives, and provide feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 3-4 years of logistics or relevant experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
