About the Role

GEN PLUS Group is seeking an Account Manager Social to join its team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves leading the planning, implementation, and monitoring of clients' social media strategies. The focus will be on enhancing brand awareness, improving marketing efforts, and increasing audience engagement through effective social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients.
• Manage and grow clients' social media accounts across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create high-quality and engaging content for social media, including blog posts, photos, videos, and graphics.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments professionally to foster online community engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and align social media strategies with their overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze and report on the performance of clients' social media accounts to measure campaign success and identify optimization areas.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platforms, providing insights and recommendations on new features for client strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and monitor social media strategies effectively.
• Experience in content creation and curation across various social media platforms.
