About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking an Accountant specializing in Revenue & Costing to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on providing essential financial information to management through detailed research, analysis, and reporting. The role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries through compiling and analyzing account information.
• Document financial transactions by accurately entering account information into the system.
• Recommend financial actions by thoroughly analyzing various accounting options.
• Summarize the current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Substantiate financial transactions through meticulous auditing of documents.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending robust policies and procedures.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secure financial information by completing regular database backups.
• Maintain financial security by consistently following internal controls.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
• Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping all financial information confidential.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and report on accounting data.
• Strong understanding of accounting policies and procedures.
