Saudi Airlines Catering Company is seeking an Asst. Manager, Laboratory Services Development to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is integral to the strategic growth and enhancement of the company's laboratory capabilities.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the development and strategic positioning of laboratory services. This involves identifying opportunities for service enhancement, strengthening engagement with key stakeholders, and ensuring a clear alignment between service demand and the laboratory's operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand and enhance laboratory service offerings within food, water microbiology, and chemistry testing scope.
• Develop and implement annual laboratory service development plans aligned with company direction and operational capacity.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal departments and approved external stakeholders.
• Assess service requirements and align them with laboratory technical capabilities and available resources.
• Support achievement of approved service growth targets through structured opportunity tracking and follow-up.
• Represent the laboratory in relevant conferences, exhibitions, and professional networking events when required.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to laboratory services.
• Collaborate with laboratory technical teams to ensure service feasibility and proper scope definition.
• Support preparation of service proposals and related documentation in accordance with company policies and approval matrix.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a field related to laboratory services development or management.
