The Role of Bell Captain

We are seeking a dedicated and guest-focused Bell Captain to join our Front Office team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to ensuring guests receive professional and attentive service from their arrival through to their departure, contributing to a positive overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain effective working relationships with all Front Office employees.
Ensure guests are greeted professionally and courteously upon arrival, offering assistance as needed.
Foster a collaborative working relationship with all Bellboys.
Utilize the Opera guest profile system to maintain awareness of guest preferences and needs.
Supervise Bellboy activities, ensuring efficient handling of guest luggage from arrival to room and from room to departure.
Manage the systematic and efficient handling, storage, and delivery of all messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees.
Establish and manage the duty roster in alignment with operational requirements.
Maintain current knowledge of hotel services and effectively communicate this information to subordinates to facilitate accurate guest assistance and query resolution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 0-1 years in a relevant Front Office or hospitality role.
Demonstrated ability to provide professional and customer-focused service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to supervise and coordinate a small team effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at Centro Shaheen in Jeddah. The role involves working within a dynamic Front Office team, directly interacting with guests and supporting hotel operations.
