Business Applications Service Delivery

About the Role

United Group is seeking a Business Applications Service Delivery professional to join their team in Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time role involves ensuring reliable day-to-day application support, timely resolution of business requests, and controlled execution of system changes. The position offers exposure to SAP transformation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within a growing manufacturing and trading organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP and related business applications.
• Manage tickets and service requests from analysis through resolution.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and coordinate complex cases with internal teams and external partners.
• Support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployments, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support SAP user access, master data, documentation, and governance activities.
• Contribute to SAP transformation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in SAP/ERP functional support or Business Applications.
• Functional knowledge of at least one SAP module, such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, or PM.
• Experience in ticket management, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
• Good understanding of business processes including Sales, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in SAP configuration or functional enhancement.
• Experience with SAP AMS/implementation partners or integrations.
• SAP certification or relevant functional training is preferred.

Work Environment

This role involves working closely with business users, senior SAP functional resources, and external technology partners. The position is based in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah, and is a full-time commitment.
