Al Borg Diagnostics is seeking a Business Applications & Digital Platforms Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role is central to managing and enhancing the company's critical business applications and digital platforms.

Role Overview

The Business Applications & Digital Platforms Manager serves as the primary liaison between business users, vendors, and IT teams. This position ensures the successful delivery, adoption, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications and digital solutions across Al Borg Diagnostics. The role focuses on improving business processes, driving user adoption, managing vendor relationships, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications, coordinating business requirements, enhancement requests, and improvements.
• Support CRM implementation and ongoing enhancements, gathering requirements from business users to improve customer engagement processes.
• Manage customer-facing platforms, including CRM, WhatsApp Business, and other communication channels.
• Oversee website and mobile application enhancement initiatives, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders on digital platform improvements.
• Collaborate with business departments to understand operational requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and support user training and change management.
• Coordinate business reporting and dashboard requirements, supporting Power BI and reporting initiatives, and defining KPIs with business users.
• Participate in application and digital platform projects, tracking progress, risks, issues, and action items, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with application vendors and service providers, monitoring performance, following up on support tickets, and ensuring compliance with service levels.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled business solutions, identifying opportunities for automation and productivity improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or digital platforms.
• Proven experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other business applications, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Experience working effectively with business users and external vendors.
• Ability to understand data models, relationships, and business reporting structures.
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts sufficient to understand data sources, validate information, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience defining reporting requirements, KPIs, and dashboard specifications.
• Knowledge of data visualization, performance analytics, and management reporting.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or service industries is preferred.
