Shangri-La Hotel, Jeddah is situated on the new Jeddah Waterfront along the Red Sea. The hotel features floor-to-ceiling windows, with interiors reflecting the sea and sandy beaches. It includes a dedicated Kids Club and supervised play area, along with various dining concepts. The property offers 203 rooms and suites, 17 luxury serviced apartments, and 116 privately owned Burj Assila Residences. It is conveniently located near Jeddah’s landmarks and the Red Sea Mall.

Role Overview

The Service Associate - Concierge provides guest services and assists guests with their luggage and other items. This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
Assist guests with airline reservations and confirmations, message handling, transportation arrangements, city tours, and restaurant reservations.
Ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally and with care, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
Maintain proper records for all guest deliveries.
Uphold all quality standards and procedures from guest pre-arrival, arrival, in-house stay, to departure.
Coordinate and ensure timely deliveries and collections of guest luggage.

Experience and Qualifications

0-1 years of experience in a similar service-oriented role.
Ability to provide guest services and assist with luggage.

Work Environment

This role is based in Jeddah and operates on a full-time schedule. The Service Associate will work within the Shangri-La Hotel environment, which includes 4 restaurants and lounges, such as the Shang Palace.
