Civil Engineer Real Estate Development & Sales

About the Role

Artas Real Estate is seeking a Civil Engineer with expertise in residential real estate development and direct sales. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering projects in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves managing residential projects from planning to handover, alongside direct sales of residential units.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor structural and finishing works across residential projects.
• Manage contractors and consultants, ensuring adherence to quality standards, project schedules, and cost controls.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and review project drawings, budgets, and contractor payments.
• Track progress on multiple residential projects and generate comprehensive progress reports.
• Present projects and units to prospective clients, conduct site visits, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential real estate development or contracting, with a preference for apartment projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of total experience.
• Proficiency in quantity take-offs, finishing works, quality control, cost control, and AutoCAD.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Demonstrated ability to close residential real estate deals.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 5,000 to 7,000, complemented by additional benefits and sales incentives.

Location

This role is based in Makkah, with project oversight extending to Jeddah.
