Civil Engineer

About the Role

Dallah Albaraka is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves performing complex assignments, often requiring the development of new or improved products, processes, or techniques, primarily focused on production and maintenance planning and management. The role acts as a technical reference and requires coordination with other sections to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of Operations and Maintenance unit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant procedural and legislative requirements.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Operations and Maintenance department, providing guidance to facilitate professional work processes and achieve high performance standards.
• Contribute to the preparation of the Operations and Maintenance unit budget and ensure activities are implemented as per the assigned budget.
• Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure efficiency within a specific area of the Operations and Maintenance unit.
• Manage the implementation of complex plans, ensuring the completion of necessary tasks and projects to support unit objectives.
• Provide technical advice, guidance, and oversight in the field of specialty within a defined operational area.
• Participate in preparing contingency plans to ensure the credibility of systems and processes.
• Act as a technical reference for all operations team members in process management.
• Conduct process management and optimization studies to enhance quality, reduce costs, and minimize process faults and variances.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly within production/maintenance planning and management contexts. This experience should demonstrate a capability to handle complex assignments and contribute to process improvement.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role involves working within an operational environment, collaborating with various sections and teams to maintain high standards of operation and process efficiency.
