We are currently seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join our team in the Makkah Region, with locations in Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this full-time role is to establish and manage an effective editorial and optimization process for digital content. The specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive management and publication of content across various digital channels, ensuring consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders and internal functions to gather content plans and identify specific content update requirements.
• Organize and manage content assets efficiently based on established plans.
• Receive and review content assets, then proceed with creating pages and publishing content on digital platforms.
• Oversee and manage the entire content translation and localization process.
• Continuously optimize digital content, refine the editorial process, and improve overall efficiency.
• Create new content when necessary, based on commercial objectives and identified local market needs, and lead content adaptation initiatives.
• Work in close daily collaboration with merchandising, SEO, and digital performance teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar digital content management role.
• Proven experience in utilizing various content management systems.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Ability to stay informed about current trends in digital best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Capacity to understand customer needs to ensure a seamless experience and to challenge conventional approaches.
• Skill in contextualizing and communicating complex issues within your area of expertise to foster understanding and generate effective solutions.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah Region, with opportunities in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires an individual who can contribute effectively to a dynamic team focused on digital content excellence.
