About the Role

Sorrah Food Production is seeking a highly motivated Content & Social Media Specialist to join our team in Buraydah, Al Qasim. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are passionate about creating engaging digital content and managing social media presence. The specialist will be instrumental in developing and executing our content strategy across various platforms to align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the monthly content plan, ensuring it aligns with the brand's strategic goals.
• Photograph and produce daily content specifically for social media platforms, including Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Write and draft compelling marketing content and creative texts for various digital posts and advertisements.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring audience engagement.

Content Strategy and Development

• Innovate creative ideas for content, campaigns, and advertisements to enhance brand reach and visibility.
• Prepare detailed briefs for designers, content creators, and influencers to guide content production.
• Suggest design and advertisement concepts, coordinating closely with the design team for their effective implementation.
• Write comprehensive e-commerce store content, including product descriptions, package details, landing pages, and promotional offers.

Collaboration and Performance Analysis

• Coordinate with the production and marketing teams to ensure content quality and consistent alignment with the brand identity.
• Monitor the latest industry trends and effectively utilize them to serve brand goals and audience interests.
• Analyze content and campaign performance, submitting periodic reports that include key results and actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging visual and written content across various digital platforms.
• Familiarity with social media trends, e-commerce content strategies, and performance analytics.
