The Role: Fashion Consultant, Michael Kors

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for the Michael Kors store at Westfield Mall in Makkah, serving the regions of Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve individual and collective sales targets while ensuring an exceptional Guest Experience. The Fashion Consultant will also support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, and slow-moving items to inform business reviews.
• Cultivate client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide feedback on products prior to buying decisions.
• Contribute to employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage click and collect services to meet Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure accurate capture of customer data in line with marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay informed about app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Stay updated on all brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive sell-through performance within the store.
• Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives.
• Provide input on effective and less effective practices within the store.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver high standards of customer service.
• Capability to support operational and customer engagement initiatives effectively.
