About the Role

SportPlex Saudi Arabia is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content across various digital and print platforms to support marketing campaigns, social media, events, and daily business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design visual content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
Develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.
Create content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and company websites.
Produce posters, flyers, banners, brochures, invitations, certificates, and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to understand design needs and ensure timely project delivery.
Adapt designs into various formats and sizes for different platforms and campaigns.
Support the creation of event and promotional materials for activities, tournaments, and special events.
Maintain brand consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall presentation.
Edit and enhance photos and other visual assets as required.
Stay informed on current design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.
Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of InDesign is an advantage.
Experience in creating social media and digital marketing content.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design requests.
A strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work is required.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
Photography and photo-editing skills.
Experience working with sports, fitness, hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
Good understanding of social media trends and content requirements.
