About the Opportunity

Olive Tree Consulting Group is seeking a Junior AI Automation Developer to support its growing advisory practice. This is a full-time, permanent, and fully remote position, allowing contributions to meaningful client work from a professional home environment. The role is central to building technical tools that support organizational improvements for a major Saudi partner.

Role Purpose and Contribution

This position helps clients bridge the gap between strategic goals and daily work habits by building small, effective tools. These tools automate information collection, task assignment, and decision tracking. The Junior AI Automation Developer will work closely with advisors to translate management needs into reliable technical workflows that simplify the client's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated workflows that connect communication tools like Slack, email, and project management software.
• Set up and refine simple large language model prompts to summarize meeting transcripts into clear, actionable notes.
• Test and troubleshoot automation scripts to ensure data moves accurately between different client systems.
• Create simple documentation explaining how each automation works for client understanding and use.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to identify manual tasks suitable for replacement by technical workflows.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing data sets to ensure that AI tools produce high-quality outputs.
• Participate in internal remote meetings to report on technical progress and discuss new ideas for client support.
• Verify that automated outputs match the practical needs of the management teams advised.

Candidate Profile and Background

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience and demonstrate a professional approach to working independently in a remote setting.
