Land Surveyor

About the Role

Esnad Contracting is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our project team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on providing essential field surveying and setting out services for civil works and infrastructure networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys, setting out, and level checks for various civil and utility works.
• Verify alignments, elevations, and slopes to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Provide accurate survey data and site measurements to support ongoing construction activities.
• Coordinate effectively with site engineers to address and resolve any survey discrepancies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, specifically in civil works and infrastructure networks. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in operating various surveying equipment.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings.

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and is a full-time role within Esnad Contracting's project operations.
