About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Leader Western Region for Grohe Saudi Arabia Ltd. Co. This full-time, on-site position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within the IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) region. The role is collectively accountable for the overall delivery of results for the Projects Channel across Saudi Arabia, driving the Project Channel Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and deliver necessary tools for direct and indirect customers, enhancing service and support for project sales to achieve increased results.
• Provide product updates to project customers, coordinating with SCM and product teams.
• Regularly engage with contractors, developers, dealers, and consultants to promote Grohe and build a strong network of professional influencers and decision-makers.
• Support distribution channels and work closely with Channel Partners in Projects.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly project sales forecasts and reports.
• Measure and analyze critical success factors to identify best practices and implement improvement processes.
• Develop and maintain a database of all key project contacts in the region and prepare reports for senior management.
• Gather and report competitor market intelligence to management.
• Adhere to budget guidelines in the most efficient manner.
• Identify and explore marketing/specification events to maximize exposure, generate new business opportunities, and enhance brand strength within the sector.
• Ensure full adherence to and usage of Salesforce for creating and managing a detailed database of leads, opportunities, and client prospects.
• Coordinate effectively with other business channels and the Leader Projects KSA (*, OTC, Showroom) to achieve common regional goals and KPIs.

Channel and Target Management

The role involves identifying key channels and targets within the region for project business, based on allocations from the Leader Projects KSA. Specific focus areas include:

• Sub Channel B: Residential, with primary targets being Developers, Contractors, and Designers.
• Sub Channel A: Hotels, with primary targets being Hotel Operators and Developers.
• Sub Channel C: Health Care, with primary targets being Owners and Healthcare Institutions.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• An MBA is considered a plus.

Required Experience and Attributes

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of total professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the building materials industry is mandatory.
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment while upholding LIXIL’s standards of quality and excellence.
• Experience in managing external relationships with various stakeholders.
