Role Overview and Scope

The License Owner / Operator will be responsible for the full scope of Stranger Soccer activities in Jeddah. This includes fostering player engagement through a mobile platform, cultivating a local football community, and consistently delivering high-quality playing experiences. The role involves leading a local operation supported by established technology and global expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Growing the local player community in Jeddah.
• Securing football venues and establishing local partnerships.
• Recruiting and managing Official Hosts for games and events.
• Leading local marketing and community-building initiatives.
• Ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding game experiences.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• A strong football enthusiast with deep local insight into the Jeddah community.
• An entrepreneurial self-starter who demonstrates strong ownership.
• A proven leader capable of building relationships and fostering community growth.
• An individual driven to create a lasting impact within their local community.

Operational Framework

The License Owner / Operator will have the autonomy to develop and expand the local operation. This role is supported by ongoing assistance, technology, and operational guidance provided by Stranger Soccer's headquarters in Singapore.
