About Miu Miu and the Role

Miu Miu is seeking a Store Manager to lead its operations in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position, requiring 5-10 years of experience in luxury retail management.

Role Overview

The Store Manager acts as the business owner and a brand ambassador, holding accountability for overall store performance. This role focuses on ensuring a high standard of client experience, driving sales floor activities to meet targets, and effectively managing and coaching the store team to support internal growth and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance, including developing and proposing business plans.
• Lead the store team to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Represent Miu Miu in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall, attract new clients, and build loyal brand relationships.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, ensuring appropriate client approach and service.
• Foster Omni Channel development through team engagement.
• Manage the store’s operating budget and control expenses.
• Cultivate a client-centric mindset, developing and maintaining solid client relationships.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and service levels.
• Implement clienteling initiatives and events in partnership with other company functions to secure client loyalty and increase spending.
• Promote a culture of private appointments.
• Cooperate with the Retail Events Office for local event organization, defining challenging and realistic targets per client, and proposing new opportunities with local stakeholders and influencers.

Team Leadership and Development

• Promote an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication, ensuring efficient organization and professional growth.
• Ensure the team is prepared and updated on Prada Group information, product knowledge, local market trends, competitors, policies, and procedures.
• Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting efforts.

Retail Strategy and Operations

• Develop proper sales strategies in cooperation with the Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams.
• Ensure product displays attract clients and maximize sales in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Participate in buying sessions when requested and provide effective product feedback based on store needs.
• Ensure synergy and cooperation between front and back of house operations.
• Responsible for enforcing Company procedures regarding cash activity, inventory, logistics, and all main reporting activities requested by the head office.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a store management role within the luxury retail sector. The role requires a leader with strong business acumen, a client-centric approach, and proven abilities in team management and strategic retail operations.
