About the Role

Innovative Specialty Coffee is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the planning and execution of marketing activities designed to strengthen brand awareness, promote our products and services, and contribute to overall business growth. The Marketing Executive will coordinate campaigns, manage digital and social media presence, conduct market research, and collaborate closely with the Sales team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Manage and coordinate social media content across various platforms.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare comprehensive marketing reports and insights.
• Support product launches, events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to established brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop marketing initiatives that support sales objectives.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, calendars, and campaign records.
• Assist with digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, website content management, and online advertising.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Up to 2-3 years of relevant experience is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of core marketing principles and various social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
