The Role of Marketing Lead, Saudi Arabia & Bahrain

The Marketing Lead for Saudi Arabia & Bahrain will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to drive growth for the tea category and the Lipton Masterbrand. This full-time role, based in Jeddah, Makkah, requires a strategic and creative approach, leadership capabilities, and an understanding of market dynamics. The individual will collaborate with the General Manager (KSA & Bahrain), the Head of Marketing, and cross-functional teams to enhance brand metrics, improve market share, and manage the BMI budget efficiently. This position involves setting strategic direction, executing plans, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop annual brand plans in alignment with mid and long-term strategies.
Oversee the financial performance of the overall portfolio to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Manage the Lipton Masterbrand, ensuring alignment with brand values and market positioning, and handle all aspects of Masterbrand PR.
Lead end-to-end ATL and BTL strategy and execution across both countries, delivering consumer campaigns that strengthen brand equity, accelerate penetration, and drive sustainable growth.
Lead the upgrade of the tea general portfolio mix and manage the innovation and renovation pipeline.
Maintain competitive growth by improving brand penetration.
Drive consumer understanding and timely research in collaboration with the Consumer and Marketing Insight team.
Lead the communication agenda with impactful communications for brands.
Cultivate relationships with global and regional teams for unified strategy implementation and execution.
Ensure the development of direct reports through empowerment and teamwork.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of relevant experience in marketing leadership.
Demonstrated strategic and creative mindset.
Strong leadership capabilities.
Deep understanding of market dynamics.
Ability to take personal ownership and connect ideas to achieve impactful results.
