LLSC (Language & Listening Stimulation Center) is a specialized medical center established in 2011 in Saudi Arabia. The center provides rehabilitation, guidance, and consulting services for children and adults facing challenges in communication, language, and behavior. Founded by speech and hearing rehabilitation specialist Rana Mirza and co-founder Ratiba Sernivan, LLSC collaborates with international experts to deliver high-quality, evidence-based programs. It is recognized as the first center in the Kingdom to implement a “Journey Sharing” program, which ensures active family involvement in the therapeutic process. Services offered include speech and language therapy, stuttering management, voice disorder treatment, auditory-verbal therapy, learning difficulty support, behavior modification, psychological counseling, and early skills development. The center fosters a collaborative, client-centered environment focused on holistic care and measurable progress.

The Occupational Therapist Role

LLSC is seeking a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves assessing children and adults who present with communication, language, behavioral, and developmental challenges. The primary objective is to identify functional needs and subsequently design and implement individualized treatment plans to address these areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess children and adults with communication, language, behavioral, and developmental challenges to identify functional needs.
• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific requirements.
• Deliver therapy sessions focused on improving fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills.
• Address school or work-related functioning through targeted therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate closely with speech therapists, psychologists, and other professionals within the multidisciplinary team.
• Engage families through the “Journey Sharing” model to support the carryover of skills in home and community settings.
• Document client progress accurately and comprehensively.
• Participate in case discussions and contribute to multidisciplinary assessments.
• Assist in refining programs that promote early skill development and long-term independence for clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 year in occupational therapy.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at LLSC in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves working within a collaborative, client-centered environment that prioritizes holistic care and measurable progress for individuals facing developmental and communication challenges.
