The On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program at Philip Morris International is designed for recent graduates seeking to gain practical experience and bridge the gap between academic learning and the professional world. Eligibility Requirements

Candidates interested in the On-the-Job Training Program must meet the following criteria:

• Be a Saudi national.
• Be a recent graduate or eligible for an On-the-Job Training program.
• Be available to complete the training on a full-time basis.
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
