About the Role

Hill International (KSA) is seeking a PMIS (Unifier/P6) Admin to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah Region. This full-time role focuses on water and wastewater projects and requires a skilled and detail-oriented professional with 2-5 years of experience in project management information systems.

Role Overview

The PMIS Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of project management information systems (PMIS). Key systems include Oracle Primavera Unifier and Primavera P6, which are essential for effective project planning, scheduling, and execution within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration: Administer and configure Oracle Primavera Unifier and Primavera P6 to meet project requirements. This includes setting up and maintaining project structures, data hierarchies, user access controls, and security profiles. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Data Management: Manage project data within Unifier and P6, covering project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documents. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across PMIS platforms. Develop and implement data management processes to streamline data entry, validation, and retrieval.
User Support and Training: Provide technical support to project teams and users on PMIS functionalities and workflows. Conduct training sessions to onboard new users and enhance existing users' proficiency in Unifier and P6. Create user documentation, manuals, and guides for self-service support.
Integration and Reporting: Coordinate integration efforts between Unifier, P6, and other project management tools. Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics for project planning and decision-making. Collaborate with project teams to identify reporting requirements and automate report generation.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation within Unifier and P6. Recommend and implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project management processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

4 years of experience in PMIS administration, with specific expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier and Primavera P6.
Demonstrated ability to configure, maintain, and support complex project management information systems.
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
Experience in data management, ensuring integrity and consistency across platforms.
Proficiency in developing reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Region, focusing on critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The role involves working within a project-oriented environment, providing essential support to project teams and stakeholders.
