About the Role

Global Management Solutions (GMS) is partnering with a leading Automotive Manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Process Engineer – JIT. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and focuses on supporting and improving seat assembly processes within a demanding Just-in-Time (JIT) manufacturing environment.

Role Overview

The Process Engineer – JIT will be responsible for enhancing manufacturing efficiency and operational flow. This role is suited for hands-on manufacturing professionals who possess a strong background in automotive assembly and process optimization within a JIT framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve seat assembly processes.
• Implement and maintain Just-in-Time (JIT) and Just-in-Sequence (JIS) operations.
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles to optimize production.
• Conduct line balancing activities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing role.
• Demonstrated experience in automotive assembly.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience with line balancing techniques.
• Background in process improvement.
• Familiarity with JIT/JIS operations.
