This full-time role is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

ENPI Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager, Flexible Packaging, to lead sourcing and supply chain activities for its flexible packaging operations in Saudi Arabia. This leadership position involves managing the end-to-end procurement function for a range of flexible packaging materials and building a high-performing procurement team. The role focuses on ensuring a continuous supply of materials at optimal cost and quality through strategic supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the procurement team, including hiring, performance reviews, and professional development.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for flexible packaging materials such as BOPP, CPP, PET, PE films, aluminium foil, resins, inks, adhesives, and solvents.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable supply continuity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and international suppliers, conducting regular supplier evaluations and development initiatives.
Partner with production, planning, and quality teams to align procurement activities with operational requirements and quality standards.
Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities without compromising material quality or supply reliability.
Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply risks to proactively mitigate disruptions and inform procurement strategy.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in procurement.
Direct experience in flexible packaging procurement is required.
Demonstrated ability to develop suppliers and conduct commercial negotiations.
