About the Product Specialist Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Product Specialist Fakeeh Enjaz to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to sales growth and profitability within the company.

Core Objectives

The primary objective of the Product Specialist is to drive sales and achieve collection targets, directly contributing to the overall profitability of Fakeeh Care Group. This involves a focus on market expansion, customer engagement, and strategic product placement to ensure business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve company sales and collection targets.
• Analyze sales data and numbers to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and submit daily reports on market movement and customer follow-ups.
• Expand business activities both vertically and horizontally, aligning with plans set by sales and area managers.
• Ensure optimal product display and visibility within sales outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including pharmacists, vendors, and branch managers, to support company goals and increase sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and marketing strategies, reporting findings to management for timely action.
• Provide comprehensive explanations of company products to customers and offer training on effective sales and marketing techniques.
• Track inventory movement and address stock deficiencies at outlets through direct orders, transfers from main warehouses, or other branches.
• Maintain a competitive edge in the market and foster a positive company image among customers to build loyalty.
• Oversee promoters in key sales outlets, ensuring target adherence and daily sales monitoring against competitors.
• Comply with all company instructions and regulations, refraining from decisions outside the scope of authority.
• Submit monthly statements to relevant departments for collection target follow-up and reconcile client balances as required by financial management.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze data and sales performance metrics effectively.

Employment Details
