About the Role

Yunigreen is seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Supervisor to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Quality Management System across the organization.

Role Purpose

The QMS Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and compliance. This involves managing organizational policies and procedures, conducting thorough internal audits, and coordinating external audit processes. The supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring compliance, identifying process inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout Yunigreen.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review company policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other process documentation.
• Conduct internal audits, including follow-up on findings and corrective actions.
• Coordinate third-party, certification, and other external audits.
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop process maps, audit programs, compliance trackers, and comprehensive risk and control documentation.
• Monitor compliance with approved policies and procedures across the organization.
• Support the development of the company’s broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Management Systems or a related field.
