About the Role: SM Assistant Manager Key Accounts

Unilever Arabia is seeking an SM Assistant Manager Key Accounts to join their team in Jeddah, within the Mecca Region. This full-time position is designed for individuals who aim to contribute to the organization's success by creating value through their work.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to drive business winning strategies by reviewing, owning, and analyzing channel data. The position involves monitoring market activities, enhancing sales processes, and developing comprehensive channel strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Review, own, and analyze channel data lake through rigorous data hygiene and ensure correct information flow to CBD to drive business strategies.
Execute and monitor planned activities, overseeing their implementation.
Monitor competitor activity in the field and develop and execute mitigation plans.
Conduct monthly reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize data-driven strategies to enhance sales processes and contribute to revenue growth.
Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with strategic, regional, and global partners to maximize collaboration and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of channel strategies.
Implement measures to ensure channel partner compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
Collaborate with external agencies to track, plan, and implement marketing activities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within the Mecca Region. The role requires engagement with various internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners and external agencies.
