About CyberAgora

CyberAgora (التجمع الرقمي) is a Saudi software company specializing in operations platforms for businesses with multiple sites. The company's Run OSS platform serves various sectors, including clinics and medical complexes with NPHIES insurance claims and ZATCA e-invoicing, retail and pharmacy branches with Wasfaty and POS integration, and residential compounds for maintenance requests and access control. CyberAgora also handles the planning, installation, and maintenance of smart devices, collaborating with partners such as Ubiquiti, Shelly, ZKTeco, and SUNMI.

The Internship Role

CyberAgora is seeking a Sales Intern – Business Development to join the team in Jeddah, Makkah. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in sales within a technology company, working directly with the Head of Business. The role is commission-based and suitable for individuals with 0-1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Research target companies and decision-makers to build prospect lists.
Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
Follow up on leads and schedule discovery calls.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including contacts, activities, and next steps.
Participate in discovery calls and product demonstrations, taking notes and managing follow-ups.
Assist in preparing proposals and sales materials.

Qualifications and Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proficient and confident in phone communication in both Arabic (including Saudi dialect) and English.
Demonstrated organizational skills with strong follow-through.
Ability to handle rejections professionally and continue with outreach efforts.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
