About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate - Call Center (Outsource) Pipeline to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to delivering high-level customer service and maintaining professional communication standards within the call center operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will be responsible for a range of duties focused on customer interaction, information provision, and issue resolution. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a high level of customer service and professional communication.
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all Bupa Arabia departments, network, products, and services to ensure accurate information delivery regarding networks, treatments, paperwork requirements, and general queries.
• Identifying and highlighting recurring problems, directing information appropriately for prompt corrective actions.
• Utilizing and interpreting multiple systems for preauthorization, claims research, contract interpretation, and provider network status.
• Understanding and interpreting client and provider contracts effectively while assisting callers.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers, with a continuous focus on improving service delivery.
• Competently handling customer complaints and taking all necessary actions to resolve issues to customer satisfaction with minimal supervisor intervention.
