Senior Contracts Management Engineer

About the Role

Hill International (KSA) is seeking a Senior Contracts Management Engineer to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves managing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and supporting project objectives within the company's framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of the complete contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, implementation, and compliance.
• Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and project management to ensure contract terms align with company policies and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth contract execution.
• Monitor and track contract deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes efficiently.
• Conduct regular contract audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on contract performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management to continuously improve processes and systems.
• Inform themselves of relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International, ensuring continued compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in contracts management and demonstrate a commitment to compliance and efficient project support.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts management.
• Proven ability to manage complex contract lifecycles from drafting to compliance.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing contract terms and identifying risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to resolve contract-related issues and disputes effectively.
