About the Role

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Specialist / Executive for showroom sales. This full-time position is based in the Makkah Province, specifically across showrooms in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam. The primary objective is to drive retail revenue by providing consultative sleep solutions to high-end clients and meeting sales targets for luxury products.

Role Overview

The Senior Retail Sales Specialist / Executive acts as a sleep expert, engaging with walk-in clients to understand their needs and recommend premium sleep systems. This role requires navigating consumer psychology within the luxury market and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage showroom visitors to demonstrate Sealy’s Posturepedic technology, sleep systems, and luxury bedding accessories to close high-ticket sales.
• Evaluate individual alignment concerns, sleep habits, and body type comfort preferences to customize mattress model recommendations.
• Articulate luxury mattress construction materials and ergonomic health benefits to manage premium pricing discussions.
• Maintain showroom presentation, product formatting, and pricing clarity according to brand standards.
• Accurately handle Point of Sale (POS) terminals, CRM entries, and digital inventory systems for same-visit purchases.
• Collaborate with warehousing and delivery teams to ensure precise tracking and shipment dispatch to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury goods or high-end product environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
• Experience with POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.

Work Location

This position is based in Saudi Arabia, with opportunities across various showrooms in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam within the Makkah Province.
