About the Role

BD Holding is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager for the LEICHT kitchen brand in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves leading the showroom team, enhancing sales performance, and maintaining the brand standards of LEICHT, a premium German kitchen manufacturer.

Role Overview

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for the overall operation and sales performance of the LEICHT showroom in Jeddah. This position requires a professional who can lead a team, manage client relationships, and ensure operational excellence in line with premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and design team.
• Follow up on leads, showroom visitors, quotations, and client projects.
• Review kitchen designs and production orders.
• Maintain premium showroom and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor CRM activities, conversion rates, collections, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 2-5 years in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership and team management.
• Understanding of premium kitchen brands and design principles.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves working within a premium showroom environment, representing an internationally recognized kitchen brand in the Saudi market.
