Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co. is seeking a Showroom Salesman to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to sales success within a dynamic showroom environment. The primary focus of this position is to achieve sales targets by engaging with customers, providing comprehensive product information, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Role Overview

The Showroom Salesman plays a crucial role in representing the company and its products directly to customers. This involves understanding customer needs, guiding their purchasing decisions, and maintaining an organized and appealing sales floor. Success in this role hinges on effective sales techniques, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and efficiency.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system or available payment methods.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the showroom’s products, services, and promotions, staying updated on new arrivals, features, and benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain features to customers.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing, replenishing stock and arranging displays according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the showroom supervisor.
• Collaborate with other sales associates and store staff to achieve overall store goals.
• Attend weekly and monthly team meetings focused on sales goals and participate in training sessions on Shaker Group products.
• Ensure the application of health and safety standards throughout the showroom.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Good understanding of the products and services offered by the showroom.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This full-time position involves working within a team-oriented showroom environment in Jeddah. The Showroom Salesman will collaborate closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency and achieve collective sales objectives. Regular participation in team meetings and product training is an integral part of this role.
