AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Medina. This full-time role focuses on ensuring excellent customer reception and maintaining high service standards within the showrooms.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for managing the customer experience from initial contact through to post-sales support. This includes meeting customer needs, facilitating product delivery, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining showroom operations and contributing to sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers from showroom entry, introducing company products, and securing orders.
• Calculate required quantities and assist customers with product and color coordination based on their needs.
• Coordinate with showroom staff (assistants, workers, drivers) to ensure proper invoicing and goods delivery.
• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure the availability of marketing tools such as brochures and catalogs.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Contribute to management goals and implement key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the e-commerce platform, considering stock levels.
• Manage stock levels, especially for fast-moving items, by adhering to ordering policies (minimum/maximum levels) and the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy to maintain accurate stock records and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the regional accountant when required and deposit daily cash sales into the company account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager on competitor activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Offer ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
• Execute job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Medina, requiring active engagement within the showroom environment and coordination with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
