About the Social Media Executive Role

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for building meaningful connections with Leylaty Group's online community. This position plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and ensuring the digital presence accurately reflects the elegance, creativity, and excellence that define the Leylaty experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce engaging content, including copy, images, and videos, tailored for each platform and aligned with the brand's tone and audience.
Oversee daily social media activity, schedule and publish posts, and maintain consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community that reflects Leylaty's warmth and hospitality.
Monitor performance using analytics tools, evaluate campaign results, and provide actionable insights to refine future strategies.
Plan and execute social media and digital campaigns to elevate brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
Track customer sentiment and contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and engaging brand presence online.
