Luxury Collection is seeking a Spa Service Expert to join our full-time team in Jeddah. This role is integral to supporting vital spa functions and ensuring guests receive a memorable and unique experience. Candidates for this position should have 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Role Contribution

Spa Service Experts play a direct role in delivering a comprehensive range of spa services. These associates are responsible for ensuring guests thoroughly enjoy their experience, contributing to the core offering of our hotels and upholding service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule and confirm reservations and appointments accurately.
• Provide comprehensive information regarding available services.
• Efficiently check in guests upon arrival.
• Process payments, ensuring all transactions are seamless for the guest.
• Manage reservation software, including reading and visually verifying information.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods across various surfaces.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
