Role Overview

Alcon is seeking a Surgical Equipment Manager to join its Sales & Sales Support organization. This is a full-time, field-based position located in the Makkah region, covering Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves driving sales performance and promoting Alcon's surgical equipment portfolio to healthcare professionals and key customer accounts.

The Surgical Equipment Manager will collaborate with ophthalmic surgeons, hospital stakeholders, operating room teams, and other healthcare professionals to develop partnerships, identify customer needs, and provide solutions that support patient outcomes. This position requires commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and an understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, productivity, and performance targets within assigned budgets and timelines.
• Promote Alcon's surgical equipment and solutions to healthcare professionals and key customer accounts.
• Meet contact, coverage, and frequency objectives through various communication channels and customer engagement activities.
• Develop and execute territory and account business plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Organize and implement customer events, educational programs, sales presentations, and marketing initiatives.
• Support key accounts, hospital networks, referral pathways, and market access activities.
• Provide input into territory sales forecasting and the effective use of promotional resources.
• Maintain an understanding of Alcon's products, strategies, competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs.
• Gather and share customer feedback, market intelligence, and industry insights to support business decisions.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate account records and complete all required reports in a timely manner.
