About the Role

Haleon is seeking a Trade Spend Executive to join the Commercial Excellence function in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and reports to the Commercial Excellence Lead. The Trade Spend Executive is responsible for the administration, governance, and daily operation of the VisualfabRIC Trade Promotion Management platform, ensuring data integrity, system compliance, and effective user support. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves close collaboration with Finance and Sales teams to maintain robust trade spend management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the VisualfabRIC platform.
Administer user access, including onboarding, role changes, periodic reviews, and access removals.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and controls.
Support system enhancements, testing activities, and troubleshooting of platform-related issues.
Upload and validate sales data within agreed timelines.
Monitor and clear system backlogs while maintaining data accuracy.
Allocate claims to appropriate promotions, contracts, and commercial agreements.
Support end-to-end claims management processes and ensure completeness of supporting documentation.
Execute and support key internal controls related to sales uploads, access management, and claims verification.
Perform periodic reviews to ensure evidence accuracy, policy compliance, and audit readiness.
Support internal and external audits through proper documentation and control execution.
Act as the first point of contact for VisualfabRIC users across functions.
Deliver training sessions and onboarding support to new users.
Resolve user queries and system issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain user guides and process documentation.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely approval of promotions, contracts, and claims.
Work closely with Commercial Excellence, Finance, Customer Teams, and Shared Services to improve process efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen trade spend management capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience with Trade Promotion Management platforms, specifically VisualfabRIC, is required.
Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity and system compliance.
Proficiency in claims processing and sales data validation.
Experience in providing user support and training.

Work Environment and Reporting

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The Trade Spend Executive will report directly to the Commercial Excellence Lead and will be an integral part of the Commercial Excellence function in Saudi Arabia. The role involves close collaboration with Finance and Sales teams.
