About KAZUKO and the Accountant Role

KAZUKO is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant – Onyx Pro ERP & Advanced Excel to join our growing team in Jeddah. This is a full-time position for a professional with strong accounting knowledge and practical experience in managing financial operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting management with timely data.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and reconciliations. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging Onyx Pro ERP for operational tasks and utilizing advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting. Experience within the Retail, Wholesale, Distribution, or E-commerce industries is preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations using Onyx Pro ERP.
• Record journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process supplier invoices and customer payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Monitor inventory transactions and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Review purchase orders, purchase invoices, sales invoices, and inventory transfers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare VAT-related reports and support tax compliance.
• Analyze financial data and provide reports to management.
• Create and maintain Excel reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Onyx Pro ERP is mandatory.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with inventory accounting.
