About the Role

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of high-quality specialty coffee beverages.
• Accurately dial in espresso shots and calibrate coffee grinders to ensure optimal extraction.
• Steam milk to the correct texture and temperature, preparing beverages according to established quality standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with patrons in a professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area and all related equipment.
• Assist with inventory management tasks and contribute to general daily café operations.

Qualifications and Experience
