Business Development Manager

About the Role

Liebherr is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals. The role involves identifying, developing, and coordinating strategic growth opportunities across all Saudi Liebherr Company divisions and business units within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Business Development Manager will focus on market development, strategic customer engagement, key account management, major project tracking, and business expansion initiatives. This position serves as a central coordinator across divisions to capture cross-selling opportunities, strengthen market presence, and support the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide business development initiatives across all divisions.
• Identify growth opportunities within construction, mining, maritime, energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Support the preparation of proposals, tenders, strategic presentations, and commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate market-entry strategies for new products, services, and target segments.
• Maintain visibility on major projects and investment programs across the Kingdom.
• Lead Localization and other Government Initiatives aimed at improving the Local Content and competitiveness of the Company.
• Promote collaboration between divisions to maximize market penetration and customer coverage.
• Support annual strategic planning and business forecasting processes.
• Ensure business development activities comply with SLC policies and Liebherr Group standards.
• Provide regular market intelligence, competitor insights, and strategic recommendations to management.
