About Unilever Arabia and the Role

Unilever Arabia is seeking a CBD DTS Executive to join its team in Jeddah. This is a full-time position within Customer Development, focusing on understanding customer needs and driving growth through strong business relationships and data-driven decisions. The role contributes to the execution of customer and channel strategies.

Role Purpose and Context

The CBD DTS Executive supports the Customer Development team in bringing products closer to people and achieving purposeful growth. This position involves assisting with strategic planning and execution, leveraging analytical insights to inform business decisions, and ensuring operational efficiency within the customer development function.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of customer and channel strategies through data analysis, coordination, and on-ground assistance.
• Assist in analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer data to support business decisions.
• Support the planning and execution of in-store activities, promotions, and customer initiatives.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and prepare basic reports related to sales and stock performance.
• Participate in field visits, store checks, and internal meetings to gain exposure to market dynamics and customer operations.
• Provide support for forecasting, planning, and various ad-hoc projects related to Customer Development.
• Contribute to administrative and coordination tasks essential for the day-to-day operations of the Customer Development team.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales, to ensure the smooth execution of plans.
• Engage with the KSA Distributor regarding monthly target achievements and maintaining customer relationships.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. This experience should ideally be within customer development, sales support, or a related analytical function, demonstrating an understanding of market dynamics and business operations.
